Wallowing In the Problem...
Or Providing A Solution

Shifting the focus from the individual to the information:

‘If the information conveyed by the media is not part of the solution to Islamic terrorism...

It is part of the

Showing pictures of bloodied bodies, or mutilated corpses...

Showing pictures of bloodied streets, or bloodied train stations, or bloodied concert halls, or bloodied kitchens...

Does not in any way help to resolve the problem of Islamic terrorism.

And, because that information is not part of the solution to Islamic terrorism, it is part of the problem.

Just a few words of advice to the media officials, then.

We already know of the evils of Islamic terrorism.

We do not need to be constantly, continuously reminded about just how evil it is.

What we need is a solution to that problem.

What we need is for you to understand that there is a point, after which reporting the problem, describing the problem, showing pictures of the problem, analyzing the problem, or predicting when or where the problem will again raise its ugly head...

Becomes wallowing in the problem.

And specifically and intentionally avoiding the solution.

What we need is for you to choose to solve the problem of Islamic terrorism rather than wallow in the problem.
