Prosecute Trump For Treason If He
Moves the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem

During his campaign for President, Donald Trump promised on more than one occasion to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem; something which, of course, delighted the vast majority of Christian Fundamentalists; who, apparently, consider such an event absolutely necessary in order to bring about the return of Jesus by, also apparently, ‘riding a white horse out of the sky’.

Should he actually do so, however, Trump should then be prosecuted for treason.

That is, he should be prosecuted for nakedly putting the (although temporary) national interests of Israel above the national interests of the United States.

Moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem would be, obviously, to no one’s national interests but Israel’s.

In fact, such a move would lead to the universal vilification of the United States by all Arab and Muslim countries; the most likely consequence of which, of course, would be to sharply increase acts of Islamic terrorism against the United States not only across the Middle East; but, also, in the United States itself...

Something that would easily overwhelm the already meager competencies of the present Advisor for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism who has NO strategy whatsoever for defeating Islamic terrorism.

Not only that, it would also be looked upon by the countries of Europe as absolutely—and forever—preventing any Peaceful resolution of the conflict over Jerusalem...

In other words, as a Declaration of Eternal Warfare ‘until Jesus returns’.

Not only would such a move NOT ‘make America great again’
this is NOT patriotic, for example—it would also be a foreign policy disaster even worseincredibly—than the foreign policy disasters of the Obama administration...

Even to the point, perhaps, that even the staunchest of Trump supporters would wish, instead, for a third term for Obama.
