Memories of Previous Lives
& the Conflict Between Generations

Every generation blames the one before
And all of their frustrations come beating on your door...”

Mike & the Mechanics:

Know that I am going to send Elijah the prophet before My Day comes, that Great and Terrible Day. He shall turn the hearts of the fathers toward their children and the hearts of the children toward the fathers, lest I come and strike the land with a curse.”

Chapter 23, verses 23-24 of the Book of Malachi

The conflicts between sexes, races, religions, and nationalities are all based upon the lack of knowledge of the reality of previous lives; and exacerbated by the refusal of the “dragon” media to convey the Truth about the Doctrine of “the resurrection” as a Doctrine of ‘Rebirth’.

But so, too, is the generational conflict: the tendency of children to blame their parents for having created the evils in the world, and the tendency of parents to absolve themselves of that responsibility; and, instead, blame their parents.

Thus, the above quotation from the Book of Malachi Prophesying the return of Elijah is, in fact, describing a significant implication of understanding that the Doctrine of “the resurrection” is a Doctrine of ‘Rebirth’: the realization that both parents and children are equally responsible for creating a world which is better than the one they were given; responsibility being, as was stated by Admiral Hyman Rickover:

...a unique concept. It can only reside and inhere in a single individual. You may share it with others, but your portion is not diminished. You may delegate it, but it is still with you. You may disclaim it, but you cannot divest yourself of it. Even if you do not recognize it or admit its presence, you cannot escape it. If responsibility is rightfully yours, no evasion, or ignorance, or passing the blame can shift that burden to someone else. Unless you can point your finger at the man responsible when something goes wrong, then you have never had anyone really responsible.”
