Resolving the Problem of
Religious Terrorism, Religious Evil

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”

Albert Einstein

I agree with most of what the atheists say with regards to the monotheistic religions or theologies: that the monotheistic religious perspective is, perhaps, the major source of EVIL in the world today; and that, perhaps, as much as 90-95% of what the religionists believe and do with regards to religion is either superstitious, nonsensical, or ludicrous; if not downright threatening to the very survival of human civilization itself.

Where we differ, however, is with regards to what should be done.

For atheists, the problem of religious terrorism, religious evil—and, certainly, the problem of evil, religious or not, is of interest to everyone on earth—can be resolved only by repudiating the monotheistic religions and, instead, appealing to science, or to the ‘moderate’, ‘liberal’, ‘tolerant’, ‘live and let live’ doctrines of metaphysical philosophy, politics, sociology, or psychology; whereas, for the religionists, the problem of religious terrorism and evil can be resolved only by repudiating the atheist disbelief in religion and appealing, instead, to the ‘moderate’, ‘liberal’, ‘tolerant’, ‘live and let live’, ‘kumbaya, my Lord, kumbaya’—or, in another word, Pharisaical—doctrines of Jewish, Christian and Muslim metaphysical theology.

But, for me, this presents a problem:

The doctrines of both science and metaphysical philosophy and theology originate in the consciousness of the ‘thinker’; a consciousness which, because it is intrinsically and inescapably dualistic, cannot help but result, as observed by J. Krishnamurti (who was certainly no religionist), in conflict and violence. In other words, the consciousness of the ‘thinker’ is intrinsically a consciousness which propagates and intensifies conflict and violence; whether ‘justified’ by metaphysical theology, or by science and metaphysical philosophy.

In other words, the fundamental EVIL here is not so much the monotheistic religions, as it is the dualistic consciousness that created both the monotheistic religions and secular, dualistic philosophies.

Thus, for me, the problem of religious terrorism and evil can be resolved most effectively through the knowledge and consciousness of non-duality rather than duality; that is, by returning to the fundamental Revelations of the monotheistic religions—which originate in a non-dualistic dimension of consciousness (‘Created by and in the image of God’) beyond the ‘fallen’, dualistic consciousness of ‘thinker’ (or the “self”)—or by adopting the secular but, nevertheless, non-dualistic perspective of J. Krishnamurti or other Eastern esotericists. (For additional information, search for Krishnamurti on this website.)

In other words, problems which originate in the consciousness and knowledge of duality should be resolved by the knowledge and Knowledge originating in the consciousness of non-duality; whether that Knowledge and knowledge was received through Revelation or not.

So, how does any of this pertain to the problem of Zionist, Christian-Zionist, or Islamic terrorism—that is, monotheistic religious EVIL in general?

Through its censorship of all knowledge and Knowledge of non-duality (demonstrated most clearly by its universal and relentless censorship of the fundamental Revelations of the Torah, the Prophets, the Gospels and the Quran), and its propagation of only the knowledge of duality (in particular, the doctrines of the metaphysical monotheistic theologies), the “dragon”-media (“...who had deceived ALL the world...”—Chapter 12, verse 9 of the Revelation of John) is propagating an exclusively dualistic consciousness; that is, a consciousness of conflict and violence; a dualistic consciousness of conflict and violence which is further manifested by and in the “beast” political system and the “false prophet” monotheistic religious establishment; who perceive and attempt to resolve EVERY problem—whether Islamic terrorism, or the conflict over Jerusalem, for exampleby only the propagation of duality.

And the continued propagation of that dualistic consciousness cannot help but result, all things remaining the same, in either the annihilation or the near-annihilation of humanity.
